• Dealership was called to a hearing for infractions under Section 5(1) of the BPCPA S.B.C. 2004 c.2.
• Salespersons were called to a hearing for infractions under Section 5(1) of the BPCPA S.B.C. 2004 c.2.

OUTCOME:

• The matter has been adjourned in order to provide time for legal counsel to review affidavits.
• The Registrar adjourned the matter until October 13, 2009 to provide written submission to the allegations by October 6, 2009 to be delivered to Senior Compliance Officer B. Forbes.
• Salespersons to abide by the rules in the BPCPA, MDA and their regulations.
