- Allegations against a salesperson of taking money from his employer in three transactions.
OUTCOME:
- Evidence showed the salesperson took money from his employer.
- Evidence showed the salesperson attempted to mislead the Registrar at the hearing.
- Evidence showed the salesperson failed to cooperate during the investigation as required by the Motor Dealer Act.
- Salesperson’s licence was cancelled for an indefinite period of time.
