• Allegations against a salesperson of taking money from his employer in three transactions.

OUTCOME:

• Evidence showed the salesperson took money from his employer.
• Evidence showed the salesperson attempted to mislead the Registrar at the hearing.
• Evidence showed the salesperson failed to cooperate during the investigation as required by the Motor Dealer Act.
• Salesperson’s licence was cancelled for an indefinite period of time.
