ISSUE:

• Dealership was called to a hearing before the Registrar of Motor Dealers for no-compliance of salespersons after 14 day warning letter for infractions under the Motor Dealer Act and the BPCPA.

OUTCOME:

• Registrar’s decision was that the Motor Dealer Licence be suspended for a minimum of 60 days and that the dealership has all salespersons licensed before the Motor Dealer Licence can be reinstated.
