• Review of Dealer application as Mr. Houde would be responsible for the day to day operation as the General Manager of the dealership
• Review of Salesperson application – October 7, 2003 Order of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions for the Province of BC stated that "Henry Houde is an individual who ought not to be in a position of control or influence of a financial institution."
• Criminal record concerns regarding Mr. Houde

• Mr. Houde withdrew his salesperson application
• Dealer application was refused by the Registrar
