ISSUE:

• Pursuant to Section 6 of the Motor Dealer Act, the dealer was called to a hearing before the Registrar of Motor Dealers on June 18, 2008. A review of the VSA records revealed that the dealer was not occupying the location that is registered on its Motor Dealer Licence pursuant to Section 11 and 12 of the Motor Dealer Act.

OUTCOME:

• The Registrar's decision was to cancel the Dealer Licence.
