• Pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the Motor Dealer Act, the dealer was called to a hearing to review the dealership licence renewal application. File was not heard by Registrar since application is still being reviewed by Licensing.
• Continuation of February 6, 2008 hearing was held on March 19, 2008.

OUTCOME:

• The Registrar's decision at the February 6, 2008 hearing was that the VSA continue to review the Motor Dealer Licence application.
• The Registrar’s decision at the March 19, 2008 hearing was that the Motor Dealer Licence be issued for one year with conditions.
