MOTOR DEALER and/or SALESPERSON: KERRY SEAN MORRISON (Salesperson #113732)

ISSUE:

• Pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the Salesperson Licensing Regulation of the Motor Dealer Act, the salesperson was called to a hearing to review his salesperson licence application.

OUTCOME:

• The salesperson provided the Manager of Licensing with a referral letter from his probation officer along with his phone number with permission for the Manager of Licensing to ask about his file.
• A Compliance Officer will attend Victoria Hyundai in 6 months time to follow-up on the status of the salesperson.
