MOTOR DEALER and/or SALESPERSON: MEHRAN SHOKOHI MANESH (Salesperson #102389)
ISSUE:
- On January 5, 2006, Mr. Manesh was called to a hearing before the Registrar of Motor Dealers where his Salesperson Licence was suspended along with the Motor Dealer Licence for dealership 888 Auto Sales Ltd. (DL #10991)
- The hearing continued on February 15, 2006 and Mr. Manesh surrendered his salesperson licence to the Registrar.
- Mr. Manish had requested a hearing regarding the March 15, 2006 hearing decision whereas the Registrar told Mr. Manesh that he may re-apply for a salesperson licence after 2 years.
OUTCOME:
- Registrar's Decision at the March 15, 2006 hearing was to cancel the Salesperson License of Mr. Manish and that he not participate in vehicle sales in British Columbia.
- Registrar’s Decision at the May 21, 2008 hearing was that Mr. Manish provide proof of immigration of family to Canada; and provide list of dealerships regarding employment in the industry.
