• Operating with five unlicensed salespeople at the dealership

OUTCOME:

• A payroll audit disclosed that five unlicensed people were selling at the dealership, contrary to statutes
• The Registrar imposed an administrative assessment of $500 for each, discounted by 50 percent as a special consideration
• The dealership paid $1,250 and brought all salespeople into compliance
