"As communicated at the conclusion of the aforementioned hearing, the primary reasons in reaching this decision are the nature of your criminal record and your extensive history in the motor vehicle industry in this province wherein various Motor Dealer Act and other laws have been broken. This decision means that effective forthwith, you cannot under any capacity, partake in the sale of motor vehicles to the public at the retail level in the province of British Columbia, nor will a motor dealer licence be issued to you until such time as you have obtained a salesperson licence."
