• Payroll audit followed February 21st hearing re: operating with unlicensed salespeople
• Investigation included a sales promotion event using an outside contractor

• Administrative assessment of $2,000 charged
• Licences of Balzacs, Prosser and Sandvar were cancelled, with an order not to reapply for three years
