ISSUE:
- Pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the Motor Dealer Act, the salesperson was called to a hearing to review his salesperson licence application which was cancelled by the Registrar at the April 23, 2007 hearing.
OUTCOME:
- Salesperson licence issued with conditions placed; must register for, attend and complete the Salesperson Licensing Course; VSA to receive a letter from Salesperson prospective or present employer acknowledging his employment status; Salesperson must attend a review hearing with the Registrar one year from date of this hearing; and assist with a six month review of Salesperson files by an Inspector of VSA.
