ISSUE:

• Dealership was called to a hearing for failing to occupy location as registered on its motor dealer licence, pursuant to Section 11 and 12 of the Motor Dealer Act.
• Dealership was called to a hearing pursuant to Sections 6 of the Motor Dealer Act.

OUTCOME:

• Dealership licence was suspended until dealership is ready to maintain a retail location.
• An up-to-date business plan for the dealership must be provided for the licence to be reinstated.
