MOTOR DEALER and/or SALESPERSON: HOT WHEELS AUTO BROKERS (Dealer #30781)

ISSUE:

• Dealership was called to a hearing for review of the dealership application submitted to the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of BC.

OUTCOME:

• Conditions had been placed on the dealership licence and a review by the Registrar was to be scheduled one year after original hearing date March 19, 2008.
• At the March 26, 2009 hearing, probation removed and conditions removed with the exception of non-consignments.
• $10k Letter of Credit can be returned to the dealership
