ISSUE:

• Operating with three unlicensed salespeople at the dealership

OUTCOME:

• A payroll audit disclosed that three unlicensed people were selling at the dealership, contrary to statutes
• The Registrar imposed an administrative assessment of $500 for each, a total of $1,500
• Salespeople must complete the Salesperson Certification Course, provide a criminal record check and pay licence fees, including arrears
