MOTOR DEALER and/or SALESPERSON: 321438 B.C. LTD. dba MIDWAY MAZDA (Dealer #8333) AND KEN MOSS (Salesperson #108655) AND KATHY MCINNES (Salesperson #100200)

ISSUE:

• Dealer sold used van to consumer who suffered from dementia.
• After having an opportunity to question both the consumer and her husband, the dealer offered to unwind the transaction.

OUTCOME:

• Considering the conduct of the Dealer and salespeople involved, the Registrar chose not to levy any fines or take any further enforcement action.
