ISSUE:

• Mr. Oulton requested a hearing with the Registrar of Motor Dealers to discuss his Salesperson Licence application which had been denied by VSA due to criminal record issues.

OUTCOME:

• Registrar’s decision was that the Salesperson Licence be denied and that Mr. Oulton may re-apply one year from the hearing date.
