MOTOR DEALER and/or SALESPERSON: BOBBY PRASAD (Salesperson #108785)

ISSUE:

• Salesperson was called to a hearing on November 30, 2009 to review his salesperson licence regarding his past criminal record convictions and current conduct.

OUTCOME:

• At a previous hearing he was granted a conditional licence to be reviewed in 6 months.
• At this second hearing, Mr. Prasad did not attend and evidence was presented that he is currently charged with several criminal offences.
• The Registrar suspended his salesperson licence pending the outcome of his current criminal charges and adjourned the hearing.
