The VSA is governed by a Board of Directors selected through an extensive recruitment and evaluation process with nominations from a variety of consumer organizations, the general public, industry associations and government.
Committees to deal with specific issues and areas of responsibility within the Council's operations will be required and memberships will include volunteers representing all sectors of the industry as well as consumer organizations, the general public, and other interested stakeholder groups.
