Licensed motor dealers are only authorized to conduct retail sales activities at their registered location. For the purposes of the VSA, as related to off-site sales, "retail sales activities" means any form of representation, solicitation, promotion, negotiation and/or closing of a sales transaction conducted between a dealership representative and a member of the general public.

Under the Motor Dealer Act and Regulations, as well as Directive # 2 issued by the Registrar of Motor Dealers, licensed dealers are eligible to apply for permission to participate in events away from their licensed location that may entail retail sales activities. List of Off-Site Permits Issued

View a list of motor dealers who have been issued an off-site sale permit by the Registrar of Motor Dealers, along with the dates and location of each event. This list contains all upcoming permits issued as well as those issued for events held within the past three months.
