To assist the VSA in serving licensed dealers and salespeople, the Authority has established 14 service regions throughout the province. A Compliance Officer and a Licensing Officer are assigned to each region as the first person that anyone in that region should contact for matters relating to their licence. Working together, these people will manage files and provide all required services to assist dealers and salespeople in complying with the requirements under the Motor Dealer Act and related Regulations.
